关于对5名硕士国际生作退学处理的决议
（2023年党政联席会议决议通知单1号）
根据《浙江工商大学研究生学历国际学生学籍管理规定》（浙商大外〔2021〕124号）第七章第三十条第（四）、（五）款规定（相关条款后附），经管理工程与电子商务学院2023年5月31日党政联席会决议通过，拟对以下5名硕士国际生予以退学处理。
1. MUBAREK ABDISHAKUR OMER，学号19020209001，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。
2. AMOAKO DESMOND，学号20020209006，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。
3. TIJJANI ABDUSSAMAD MUHAMMAD，学号20020209008，该生未在学校规定时间注册超过2周而又未履行暂缓注册手续。
4. ZUZE GWYNETH ANNA，学号20020209009，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。
5. ESPARZA QUINTERO SHEILA ALEJANDRA，学号20020209012，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。
由于5名学生均在境外，学院目前未能联系到学生本人，特在学院网站公布两周。如对退学处理决议有异议，请于两周内（6月14日前）向学校研究生院提出书面申请。学生在申诉期内未提出书面申请，学校将视为已同意该退学处理。

Decision of the School of Management and E-Business
on the Withdrawal of 5 International Master Students
(2023 the SME Party and Administration Joint Meeting Resolution Notice No. 1)
According to the Measures for the Administration of Full-time Postgraduate International Students' Status in Zhejiang Gongshang University (ZJSU Foreign Affairs〔2021〕No. 124) , Section (4) and (5) of Article 30 of Chapter 7 (attached the relevant provisions), On May 31, 2023, the SME Party and Administration Joint Meeting decided to withdraw the following 5 international master students.
1.MUBAREK ABDISHAKUR OMER, Student number 19020209001, who didn’t apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.
2.AMOAKO DESMOND, Student number 20020209006, who didn’t apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.
3.TIJJANI ABDUSSAMAD MUHAMMAD, student number 20020209008, who didn’t register in the school for more than 2 weeks and fail to go through the suspension application procedures.
4.ZUZE GWYNETH ANNA, student number 20020209009, who didn’t apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.
ESPARZA QUINTERO SHEILA ALEJANDRA, Student number 20020209012, who didn’t apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.
As all the 5 students are abroad, the school cannot contact the students at present, so the decision is published on the school website for two weeks. If you disagree with the resolution, please submit a written application to the School of Graduate Students within two weeks (before June 14). If the student does not submit a written application within the appeal period, the university will treat the student as having consented to the withdrawal.

第七章退学
第三十条国际学生有下列情形之一，学校可予以退学处理：
（一）经阶段考核或中期考核认为不宜继续攻读硕士学位或博士学位的；
（二）在规定期限（含批准延期）内未修完培养计划规定课程，或未完成学业的；
（三）未经批准而连续2周未参加学校规定的教学活动的；
（四）未在学校规定时间注册超过2周而又未履行暂缓注册手续的；
（五）休学、保留学籍期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请或者申请复学经复查不合格的；
（六）根据学校指定医院诊断，患有疾病或意外伤残不能继续在校学习的；
（七）未按学校规定缴交学杂费等。
Measures for the Administration of Full-time Postgraduate International Students' Status in Zhejiang Gongshang University
(ZJSU Foreign Affairs〔2021〕No. 124)
Chapter 7 Withdrawal
Article 34 International students who fall under any of the following circumstances shall be expelled from the University:
(1) It is deemed unsuitable to continue to study for a master's degree or a doctor's degree after a stage assessment or mid-term assessment;
(2) Failing to complete the courses prescribed in the training plan within the prescribed time limit (including the extension approved) or failing to complete the study;
(3) Failing to participate in the teaching activities stipulated by the school for two consecutive weeks without approval;
(4) Failing to register in the school for more than 2 weeks and fail to go through the suspension application procedures;
(5) Failing to apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension or retention of school status expires, or failing to pass the re-examination of the resumption application;
(6) Unable to continue studying in school due to illness or accidental disability diagnosed by the hospital designated by the university;
(7) Failing to pay tuition and fees as required by the university.
