关于2023-2024学年国际学生奖学金申请的通知
各管工学院国际生：
现启动2023-2024学年国际学生奖学金申请工作，具体通知如下：
一、奖学金类别
1.浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金
（1）A类（仅限硕士研究生申请）
奖学金金额：30000元人民币
（2）B类（仅限本科生申请）
奖学金金额：20000元人民币
2.浙江工商大学国际学生奖学金
（1）一等奖学金：当年度学费金额的70%
（2）二等奖学金：当年度学费金额的50%
（3）三等奖学金：当年度学费金额的30%
3.管工学院国际学生奖学金
（1）硕士研究生奖学金
一等奖学金：7000元人民币（研三学生折半）
二等奖学金：5000元人民币（研三学生折半）
三等奖学金：3000元人民币（研三学生折半）
（2）本科生奖学金
一等奖学金：5000元人民币
二等奖学金：4000元人民币
三等奖学金：3000元人民币
4.管工学院国际学生专项路径奖学金
申请对象：CCN和CC CAMPUS路径入学的中文授课本科生
奖学金金额：参照专项奖学金政策执行
二、申请条件
1.遵守中华人民共和国法律法规；
2.遵守浙江工商大学校纪校规，品行良好，在2022-2023学年未受过任何处分；
3.学习努力，2022-2023学年加权平均分达80分及以上，期末考试无不及格记录、无旷考记录，或在其他方面有突出表现；
4.2022-2023学年课程出勤率80%及以上；
5.已全额交纳本年度的学费和住宿费，且之前学年无欠费记录；
6.非中国政府奖学金或浙江工商大学校长奖学金资助学生。
三、申请材料
1.《浙江工商大学国际学生奖学金申请表》（中文授课学生用中文填写，英文授课学生用英文填写）。因申请表篇幅有限，请另附一个文档写“个人陈述”部分，尽可能写详细。申请表请点击文末左下角“阅读原文”下载；
2.个人陈述（中文授课学生用中文填写，英文授课学生用英文填写）。内容包括但不限于申请人2022-2023学年的学习总结和优秀表现、未来计划、研究计划、申请理由等；
3.在2022年9月1日-2023年8月31日期间获得的评奖评优证明、校内外活动参与证明、志愿者证明、HSK证书、专业证书、学生干部任职证明等可以证明申请人在上一学年优异表现的材料（如有）；
4.在2022年9月1日-2023年8月31日期间发表的学术论文或学术成果等能证明申请人学术科研能力的材料（如有）。
说明：请根据要求提供申请材料，请勿提供非2022年9月1日-2023年8月31日期间获得的证书等无效材料。
四、评选办法
以上各类奖学金无须重复提交申请材料。学院根据年级、专业、班级人数等分配各班奖学金名额，并根据综合素质评价成绩由高到低推荐符合条件的申请人获得相应等级的奖学金。
综合素质评价成绩计算所使用的数据获得时间段为2022年9月1日-2023年8月31日，由学习成绩和综合表现成绩组成，其中学习成绩占70%，综合表现成绩占30%。
申请人的学习成绩评价标准按加权平均方法计算，以学分为权重，计算2022-2023学年学习成绩的加权平均分。
申请人的综合表现成绩包括过去一学年内的科研、学科竞赛、文体活动、志愿活动、出勤、教师评价、学生干部任职等参与情况和取得成果情况。
请符合申请条件的国际生于北京时间2023年9月10日（周日）16:15前将电子版申请材料打包发送至邮箱smeinternational@163.com。邮件主题和压缩包请统一命名为“申请人学号+英文全名+SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION”。请在规定时间内发送申请材料，逾期发送视为申请无效。

Notice on Scholarship Applications for International Students for the Academic Year 2023-2024
Dear SME international students,
The scholarship applications for international students for the academic year 2023-2024 is starting. The specific notice is as follows:
ONE. Scholarship Category
1.Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students
(1)Type A (For postgraduates only)
Scholarship amount: 30000 yuan
(2)Type B (For undergraduates only)
Scholarship amount: 20000 yuan
2.Zhejiang Gongshang University International Students Scholarship
(1)First Class: 70% of current academic year tuition fee
(2)Second Class: 50% of current academic year tuition fee
(3)Third Class: 30% of current academic year tuition fee
3.SME International Students Scholarship
(1) For postgraduate students
First Class: 7000 yuan (Half for third year postgraduates)
Second Class: 5000 yuan (Half for third year postgraduates)
Third Class: 3000 yuan (Half for third year postgraduates)
(2)For undergraduate students
First Class: 5000 yuan
Second Class: 4000 yuan
Third Class: 3000 yuan
4.SME International Students Scholarship for Students Enrolled from Specified Path
Applicants: Chinese-taught undergraduate students enrolled from CCN and CC CAMPUS
Scholarship amount: refer to the special scholarship policy signed between the school and the agent
TWO. Application Requirements
1. Comply with the laws and regulations of China;
2. Comply with the regulations of Zhejiang Gongshang University and have good conduct, haven't receive any punishment in the academic year 2022-2023;
3. Study hard and have a weight average score above 80 in the academic year 2022-2023 (Calculated according to the results of the final exams, the make-up exam scores are not counted in), no failed or absent record in final exams), or have outstanding performance in other aspects;
4. The attendance rates in all aspects in the academic year 2022-2023 should be 80% or above;
5. Tuition and accommodation fees for the current academic year have been paid in full and there is no record of arrears for the previous academic year;
6. Not sponsored by Chinese Government Scholarship or Zhejiang Gongshang University President Scholarship.
THREE. Required Application Materials
1.Scholarship Application Form for International Students (For Enrolled Students) (Chinese-taught students fill out in Chinese, English-taught students fill out in English). Because the application form is limited in length, please attach a separate document to write the Personal statement section, as detailed as possible. To download the application form, please click Read More at the bottom left side;
2.Personal statement (Chinese-taught students fill out in Chinese, English-taught students fill out in English). The contents include, but are not limited to, the applicant's study summary and outstanding performance in the academic year 2022-2023, future plans, research plans, reasons for application, etc.;
3.Certificates of award, certificate of participation in activities inside and outside the school, volunteer certificate, HSK certificate, professional certificate, student leadership certificate and other materials obtained during September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023 that can prove the applicant's outstanding performance in the previous academic year (if any);
4.Academic papers or academic achievements published during September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023 that can prove the applicant's academic research ability (if any).
Note: Please provide the application materials that meet the above requirements. Please do not provide invalid materials which were not obtained during September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023.
FOUR. Selection Method
The above types of scholarships do not require multiple submission of application materials. The school will allocate scholarship quotas to each class according to grade, major, class size, etc., and recommend qualified applicants to obtain the corresponding level of scholarships according to the comprehensive quality evaluation results.
The data used in the calculation of comprehensive quality evaluation results are those obtained during September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023, and are composed of academic scores and comprehensive performance scores, of which academic scores accounted for 70% and comprehensive performance scores accounted for 30%.
The applicant's academic scores are calculated according to the weighted average method, and calculate the weighted average scores of the academic year 2022-2023.
The applicant's comprehensive performance score includes the participation and achievements in scientific research, discipline competitions, cultural and sports activities, volunteer activities, attendance, teachers’ evaluation, and student leadership, etc. in the past academic year.
For eligible international students, please ZIP the electronic application materials and send to smeinternational@163.com before 16:15, September 10, 2023 (Sunday, Beijing Time). Please name the email subject and ZIP FILE as Applicant's student ID + full English name +SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION. Please send the application materials within the specified time, late submission will be deemed invalid.
