ZHOLBARYS DUYSSEN作退学处理的决议
（2023年党政联席会议决议通知单3号）
根据《浙江工商大学全日制本科学历国际学生学籍管理办法》（浙商大教〔2023〕69号）第八章第二十九条第（四）款规定（相关条款后附），经管理工程与电子商务学院2023年10月17日党政联席会决议通过，拟对以下1名本科国际生予以退学处理。
ZHOLBARYS DUYSSEN，学号2035510414，该生开学后无正当事由2周内未注册，且未履行暂缓注册手续。
由于学生在境外，学院目前未能联系到学生本人，特在学院网站公布两周。如对退学处理决议有异议，请于两周内（10月30日前）向学校教务处提出书面申请。学生在申诉期内未提出书面申请，学校将视为已同意该退学处理。

Decision of the School of Management and E-Business
on the Withdrawal of Undergraduate Student ZHOLBARYS DUYSSEN
(2023 the SME Party and Administration Joint Meeting Resolution Notice No. 3)
According to the Measures for the Administration of Full-time Undergraduate International Students' Status in Zhejiang Gongshang University (ZJSU Teaching Affairs〔2023〕No. 69), Section (4) of Article 29 of Chapter 8 (attached the relevant provisions), On October 17, 2023, the SME Party and Administration Joint Meeting decided to withdraw the following international undergraduate student.
ZHOLBARYS DUYSSEN, student number 2035510414, who didn't register within 2 weeks after the beginning of this semester without justifiable reasons, and didn’t fulfill the suspension of registration procedures.
As the student is abroad, the school cannot contact the students at present, so the decision is published on the school website for two weeks. If you disagree with the resolution, please submit a written application to the Academic Affairs Office within two weeks (before October 30). If the student does not submit a written application within the appeal period, the university will treat the student as having consented to the withdrawal.

（四）每学期开学后无正当事由2周内未注册，且未履行暂缓注册手续的。

Chapter 8 Academic Warning and Withdrawal
Article 29 International students who fall under any of the following circumstances shall be expelled from the University:
(4) Failing to register within 2 weeks after the beginning of each semester without justifiable reasons, and failing to fulfill the suspension of registration procedures.
