关于对11名本科国际生作退学处理的决议

（2023年党政联席会议决议通知单2号）

根据《浙江工商大学全日制本科学历国际学生学籍管理办法》（浙商大教〔2023〕69号）第八章第二十九条第（五）款规定（相关条款后附），经管理工程与电子商务学院2023年9月20日党政联席会决议通过，拟对以下11名本科国际生予以退学处理。

1.MUTIZE SIMBARASHE，学号1612510308，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。

2.BOUAMI MAROUANE，学号1835510121，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。

3.DHALI MD AJMIR，学号1835510126，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。

4.ALOMITHLY MOSTAFA KAID AYDH KAID，学号1835510137，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。

5.ABDURAZAKOVA ZARINA，学号1835510148，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。

6.BESHR FARES MOHAMMED ABDULHAMEED，学号1935510108，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。

7.BASTAKOTI ANURUP，学号1935510203，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。

8.NOOR SAKIB UN，学号1935510204，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。

9.BASTAKOTI ANURAG，学号1935510208，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。

10.LIE DEBORA，学号2035510212，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。

11.TAN PIN SHENG，学号2035510405，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。

由于11名学生均在境外，学院目前未能联系到学生本人，特在学院网站公布两周。如对退学处理决议有异议，请于两周内（10月4日前）向学校教务处提出书面申请。学生在申诉期内未提出书面申请，学校将视为已同意该退学处理。

Decision of the School of Management and E-Business

on the Withdrawal of 11 International Undergraduate Students

(2023 the SME Party and Administration Joint Meeting Resolution Notice No. 2)

According to the Measures for the Administration of Full-time Undergraduate International Students' Status in Zhejiang Gongshang University (ZJSU Teaching Affairs〔2023〕No. 69), Section (5) of Article 29 of Chapter 8 (attached the relevant provisions), On September 20, 2023, the SME Party and Administration Joint Meeting decided to withdraw the following 11 international undergraduate students.

1.MUTIZE SIMBARASHE, student number 1612510308, who didn't apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.

2.BOUAMI MAROUANE, student number 1835510121, who didn't apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.

3.DHALI MD AJMIR, student number 1835510126, who didn't apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.

4.ALOMITHLY MOSTAFA KAID AYDH KAID, student number 1835510137, who didn't apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.

5.ABDURAZAKOVA ZARINA, student number 1835510148, who didn't apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.

6.BESHR FARES MOHAMMED ABDULHAMEED, student number 1935510108, who didn't apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.

7.BASTAKOTI ANURUP, student number 1935510203, who didn't apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.

8.NOOR SAKIB UN, student number 1935510204, who didn't apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.

9.BASTAKOTI ANURAG, student number 1935510208, who didn't apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.

10.LIE DEBORA, student number 2035510212, who didn't apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.

11.TAN PIN SHENG, student number 2035510405, who didn't apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.

As all the 11 students are abroad, the school cannot contact the students at present, so the decision is published on the school website for two weeks. If you disagree with the resolution, please submit a written application to the Academic Affairs Office within two weeks (before October 4). If the student does not submit a written application within the appeal period, the university will treat the student as having consented to the withdrawal.
