摘 要：
This paper examines how a health insurance company exerts effort and offers cash rewards to nudge patients towards cost-effective providers. We build an analytical model and analyze the optimal effort and reward under different cost-share structures. We show that neither a reward-only nor an effort-only approach uniformly outperforms the other.
主讲人简介：
Fang Fang is an Associate Professor from California State University Los Angeles. She received her Ph.D. of Operations Management (OM) from the University of Miami. Her research interests are OM-Marketing Interface, healthcare, and supply chain management. She has papers published in top-ranked business and healthcare journals.
