根据《浙江工商大学研究生学历国际学生学籍管理规定》（浙商大外〔2021〕124号）第七章第三十条第（五）款规定（相关条款后附），经管理工程与电子商务学院2025年4月9日党政联席会决议通过，拟对以下1名硕士国际生予以退学处理。
SENZANJE BASIL BAFANA，学号21020209009，该生休学期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请。

Decision of the School of Management and E-Business on the Withdrawal of International Master Students SENZANJE BASIL BAFANA
(2025 the SME Party and Administration Joint Meeting Resolution Notice No. 2)
According to the Measures for the Administration of Full-time Postgraduate International Students' Status in Zhejiang Gongshang University (ZJSU Foreign Affairs〔2021〕No. 124) , Section (5) of Article 30 of Chapter 7 (attached the relevant provisions), On April 9, 2025, the SME Party and Administration Joint Meeting decided to withdraw the following international master students.
SENZANJE BASIL BAFANA, Student number 21020209009, who didn’t apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension of school status expires.

第七章退学
第三十条国际学生有下列情形之一，学校可予以退学处理：
（五）休学、保留学籍期满，在学校规定期限内未提出复学申请或者申请复学经复查不合格的。
Measures for the Administration of Full-time Postgraduate International Students' Status in Zhejiang Gongshang University
(ZJSU Foreign Affairs〔2021〕No. 124)
Chapter 7 Withdrawal
Article 30 International students who fall under any of the following circumstances shall be expelled from the University:
(5) Failing to apply for resumption within the time limit prescribed by the university after the suspension or retention of school status expires, or failing to pass the re-examination of the resumption application.
由于学生人在境外，学院目前未能联系到学生本人，特在学院网站公布两周。如对退学处理决议有异议，请于两周内（4月22日前）向学校研究生院提出书面申请。学生在申诉期内未提出书面申请，学校将视为已同意该退学处理。
As the student is abroad, the school cannot contact the students at present, so the decision is published on the school website for two weeks. If you disagree with the resolution, please submit a written application to the School of Graduate Students within two weeks (before April 22). If the student does not submit a written application within the appeal period, the university will treat the student as having consented to the withdrawal.
